Granulation & Compression Machine Operator

We are having an urgent opening for skilled operators to join our production team in Kadi. If you have solid experience in handling granulation or compression machinery, this is a great chance to grow in the pharma manufacturing sector.

• Operate and maintain Granulation or Compression machines as per the production plan. Ensure the quality of the output meets all pharmaceutical industry standards. Monitor machine parameters and adjust settings for smooth batch processing. Maintain proper documentation and logs for every production cycle. Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines on the shop floor. Keep the work area clean and ensure zero contamination during operations.

• Minimum 1 year or above experience in a similar role is mandatory. Technical knowledge of pharma production machinery and processes. Ability to work in shifts and handle physical production tasks. Strong commitment to quality and safety procedures. Immediate joiners from Kadi or nearby areas will be preferred.
