Job Summary:
We are looking for a solid builder to design and manage smart automation systems for our marketing and operations. If you can execute real workflows using AI tools to scale business speed, this is the perfect chance for you to grow with us.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead capture to CRM integration with automated follow-ups. Designing automated reporting dashboards and AI-assisted content workflows. Setting up client onboarding systems and internal SOP automation. Improving agency scalability by identifying and automating repetitive tasks. Implementing human-in-the-loop quality control for all AI processes.
Requirements:
Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or Pabbly Connect. Good understanding of ChatGPT/OpenAI API and prompt engineering. Practical knowledge of HubSpot, Zoho, or GoHighLevel CRM. Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Airtable for data management. Ability to build automated reporting via Google Looker Studio.
