Housekeeping & Guest Service Executive

Join the core team of Olive Grand View, an aesthetic boutique mountain property in Manali. We are seeking a versatile Guest Service Executive to maintain high room standards while ensuring a delightful stay for our guests through professional interaction.

• Performing thorough room cleaning and upkeep as per boutique hotel standards.
• Interacting confidently with guests during the check-in and check-out process.
• Handling and resolving basic guest requests and requirements promptly.
• Coordinating effectively with the kitchen and management teams for smooth operations.
• Ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and property presentation are maintained.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of hotel experience is preferred, but freshers are welcome.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is a plus for guest interaction.
• Must be well-groomed, disciplined, and comfortable working in a small team.
• Ability to maintain high attention to detail in room maintenance.
