Roles & Responsibilities:
Design organization structure and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies
Manage office administration, including vendor relations, security, and facility maintenance
Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and statutory compliance
Coordinate onboarding, employee files, and performance review records
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in Electronics, IT, or Semiconductor startups
MBA/PGDM in HR, Finance, or related specialization
Must possess a personal laptop and mobile phone
Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
