Technosoft Engineering is looking for an HR Executive to drive end-to-end recruitment for Engineering and IT roles. Join our Thane team to manage the full talent acquisition lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT and Non-IT positions
Identify and screen candidates for Engineering, KPO, and Manufacturing sectors
Facilitate interview coordination and maintain strong communication with hiring managers
Lead salary negotiations, offer discussions, and the preparation of offer letters
Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless transition for new employees
Requirements:
1–3 years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
Proven expertise in sourcing for both IT and Non-IT roles
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and candidate databases
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Note: Candidate must have no gaps in their professional work experience
