Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Sourcing potential candidates through diverse online career portals, specialized recruitment sites, and job boards. Evaluating incoming applications and performing initial screening via telephonic interviews. Facilitating pre-interview assessments to ensure candidate alignment with job requirements. Coordinating with the recruitment team to streamline the hiring workflow.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess Any Degree from a recognized university. Strong communication skills in English and local languages for effective candidate screening. Basic understanding of recruitment portals and social media hiring trends. Ability to maintain discipline within the 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM office timings.
