Human Resources Executive - HR Generalist

• Manage comprehensive HR Generalist profiles with a core focus on smooth Employee On-boarding Create and maintain organized physical and digital personnel files for all staff Execute efficient Database Management to ensure all employee records are up-to-date Issue official employment letters, including offer letters, appointment letters, and experience certificates Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain clear internal employee communication Utilize ESS (Employee Self-Service) software for streamlined HR operations Support various administrative HR tasks to facilitate a seamless work culture

• MBA in HR is mandatory for this position Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in an HR role Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Prior exposure to ESS Software or similar HRMS tools is highly desirable Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced IT service environment
