Industrial Furnace Factory Supervisor

Join S.L.S. ENTERPRISES as a Furnace Factory Supervisor to lead our production activities and oversee high-temperature industrial operations. We are looking for a technically sound leader with hands-on experience in furnace efficiency, safety compliance, and workforce management to drive our manufacturing excellence.

• Supervise daily furnace operations, including induction, gas, oil-fired, or electric systems.
• Monitor heating cycles, fuel consumption, and temperature control systems to ensure precision.
• Coordinate material loading/unloading and maintain strict production targets and quality standards.
• Manage the workforce, providing training for operators and helpers on safety and efficiency.
• Oversee refractory lining conditions and collaborate with maintenance teams for servicing and breakdowns.
• Maintain detailed daily production reports and ensure adherence to environmental and safety regulations.

• 4-7 years of experience in furnace operations or heavy manufacturing, with 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Production Engineering.
• In-depth knowledge of heat treatment processes, metallurgy basics, and PLC systems.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to handle teams and solve operational problems effectively.
• Familiarity with refractory materials and furnace maintenance protocols.
