Join a global BPO leader in Pune for a premium Blended Process role. We are looking for sharp individuals ready to handle international customer queries via chat, email, and voice while earning a competitive salary up to 5.5 LPA.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage customer inquiries effectively through Chat, Email, and Voice channels
Deliver precise and prompt resolutions to maintain high service standards
Maintain professional and grammatically correct written communication at all times
Adhere to strictly defined quality guidelines and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Efficiently multitask by managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Requirements:
Educational background: Undergraduate or Graduate in any stream
Freshers and experienced candidates are equally welcome to apply
Mandatory high proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with rotational and night shifts
Basic computer literacy and decent typing speed
