Job Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries efficiently through Voice and Non-Voice communication channels.
Maintain a high level of professionalism while resolving international client issues.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely follow-ups.
Adhere to process guidelines and meet daily performance targets.
Work flexibly in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of solid experience in a BPO environment.
Prior exposure to International Voice or Non-Voice processes is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills with proper grammar and clarity.
Ability to work from the office location at Manyata Tech Park.
Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer delight.
