Job Summary:
Are you looking to kickstart your career with an International Voice Process in a premium tech-driven environment? We are hiring freshers and experienced folks to handle US customer queries and perform product demonstrations with excellent growth prospects.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Resolve diverse customer issues and technical queries over international voice calls.
Manage application installations and system configurations for end-users.
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and facilitate smooth user onboarding processes.
Maintain high service quality standards while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Open for Freshers or candidates with up to 3 years of experience.
Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
Flexibility to work in a 5-day rotational shift environment.
Basic technical aptitude for system management and app installation.
