Job Summary:
We are hiring a dedicated On-Demand IT Support Specialist to provide top-notch technical assistance for our global clientele. If you have a solid grasp of hardware and software troubleshooting, this is your chance to grow in a dynamic international environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide remote or on-site support for computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Windows and/or macOS systems Assist with system setup, installation, upgrades, and maintenance Provide basic network troubleshooting and internet connectivity support Manage IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution Communicate professionally with international clients via email, chat, or calls Document technical issues and resolutions for future reference Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software troubleshooting Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with remote support tools Basic understanding of networking concepts and connectivity issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
