Join FIS for an exciting International Voice Process role working with global brands like Vodafone and Green Dot. This is a full-time, permanent remote position offering a stable career path and excellent performance-based incentives.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound international calls for premium processes (Vodafone/Chex/Green Dot).
Provide professional customer support and resolve queries following global quality standards.
Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with international clients.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and document interactions accurately.
Adhere to shift schedules and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Requirements:
Excellent command over spoken English is mandatory.
Candidates must have a valid Delhi address (Mandatory requirement).
Freshers are welcome to apply; experience in international calling is a plus.
Note: Domestic call center experience will not be counted as relevant experience.
Strong sense of responsibility and professional work ethic.
