IT Technical Recruiter (Domestic Hiring)

Join Chetu Inc. as a Technical Recruiter to fuel our mission of providing top-notch developer expertise to Fortune 5000 clients. We are looking for energetic folks who can manage the full IT recruitment lifecycle and build a strong pipeline of tech talent.

• Sourcing top-tier IT professionals through various job portals and social media platforms.
• Managing the complete end-to-end recruitment process for diverse technical roles.
• Interacting with hiring managers to understand industry-specific developer requirements.
• Maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and HR databases regularly.
• Ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial screening to final onboarding.
• Meeting monthly hiring targets and deadlines to support business growth.

• Minimum 24 to 48 months of solid experience in IT Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive approach to recruitment.
• Deep understanding of software roles and current technology trends.
• Proven ability to assess technical skills effectively during the screening process.
• Must be an immediate joiner or available within a short notice period.
• Ability to adhere to the 24 months stability agreement as per company policy.

We follow a 5.5 days working culture with alternate Saturdays off. Shift timings are 12:30 PM to 09:30 PM (Saturday 12:00 PM to 09:00 PM).
