Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor heavy production machinery as per daily targets.
Ensure proper handling of all technical equipment and tools on the shop floor.
Maintain strict safety and quality standards during the manufacturing process.
Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to avoid downtime.
Follow supervisor instructions carefully and maintain accurate production records.
Requirements:
Must have ITI in any technical trade or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Production.
Open for both Freshers and experienced candidates looking for stable growth.
Candidate must be physically fit and willing to work in 12-hour rotational shifts.
Basic technical knowledge and a disciplined approach towards work are essential.
