Junior Officer Operations - Logistics & Customs

• Processing of all Import and Export related documentation accurately.
• Filing of Bill of Entries and Shipping Bills via the ICEGATE portal.
• Managing timely submission of various bonds and certificates as per requirement.
• Coordinating customs formalities for smooth shipment clearance at Airports, CFS, and Ports.
• Handling physical cargo delivery and arranging necessary surveys or inspections.
• Liaising with Shipping Lines and Bonded warehouses for documentation flow.
• Securing Let Export Orders (LEO) and Out of Charge (OOC) documents.
• Planning vehicle requirements and coordinating with transporters for customer delivery.
• Managing bond processing for Nepal Railway rakes and CONCOR 3rd country movements.
• Executing any additional operational tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

• Must be a Graduate in any discipline.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are highly encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of logistics or port operations is a plus.
• Ability to handle documentation and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced operations environment.
