Kitchen Helper for S.R.M Hotel

We are looking for hardworking candidates to join our kitchen team in Tuticorin for a full-time role. You will support our chefs in daily food preparation and ensure the highest standards of kitchen hygiene are maintained at all times.

• Assist the culinary team with daily food prep and basic cooking tasks.
• Perform cleaning and cutting of vegetables, meat, and various ingredients.
• Maintain cleanliness by washing utensils, dishes, and all kitchen machinery.
• Ensure the entire kitchen area remains tidy and follows safety protocols.
• Strictly follow food safety and hygiene standards during all shifts.
• Provide active support to the team during peak service hours and bulk orders.

• Prior experience in a kitchen is an advantage but freshers are also welcome (02 years).
• Basic understanding of how a commercial kitchen operates.
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
• Must be physically fit and ready for hardworking kitchen duties.
• Excellent discipline and a strong sense of teamwork.
