Join our hospitality team at Patang Family Resort to support daily kitchen operations and assist our culinary experts. This is a great opportunity for hardworking individuals to gain hands-on experience in a professional resort kitchen while ensuring high standards of hygiene and service.

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the entire kitchen area. Perform washing of utensils, dishes, and various kitchen equipment as per requirements. Help in the systematic storage of food items and maintaining inventory discipline. Ensure proper waste disposal and follow all kitchen cleanliness standards strictly. Provide active support to the kitchen staff during peak hours to ensure smooth service. Adhere to all safety and hygiene guidelines prescribed by the resort management.

• Open for Fresher, Trainee, or Experienced candidates with a willingness to learn. Basic understanding of kitchen work and food handling is preferred but not mandatory. Must be physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Honest, disciplined, and dedicated approach towards work responsibilities. Ability to follow instructions from senior chefs and maintain a positive attitude. Comfortable working in an in-person, resort environment.

• Monthly salary ranging from ₹8,086 to ₹15,000 based on experience. Complimentary food provided during working hours. Accommodation facilities may be provided for outstation candidates.
