Roles & Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality L1 support for both Linux and Windows server infrastructures.
Oversee server administration tasks, including hosting environments and various control panels.
Execute proactive monitoring of system performance, ensuring regular backups and successful recovery.
Configure and manage web servers, DNS settings, email configurations, and basic networking.
Analyze incident alerts promptly and ensure rapid resolution to maintain uptime and security.
Requirements:
Technical proficiency in Linux and Windows server operating systems is essential.
Familiarity with web server technologies, hosting control panels, and DNS management.
Ability to troubleshoot L1 issues and respond effectively to system alerts.
Strong understanding of backup procedures and data recovery protocols.
