Quinnox is hiring a visionary AI Lead to drive the design and deployment of cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. If you have 8+ years of experience and expertise in LLMs, LangChain, and RAG techniques, join our team in Bengaluru to shape the future of machine learning.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy innovative AI-based solutions leveraging ML and NLP.
Lead application development, enhancement, and end-to-end product delivery.
Implement advanced techniques like RAG, Fine-Tuning, and Multi-Stage Reasoning.
Work with MoE models and manage model governance using Nemo Guardrails.
Convert Text to SQL and optimize vector databases like Azure AI Search.
Requirements:
8+ years of experience in application development and product delivery.
Expertise in Python programming and extensive experience with LangChain.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and Prompt Engineering methodologies.
Knowledge of Mixture of Experts (MoE) and vector databases.
Familiarity with Azure AI Search and Nemo Guardrails for governance.
