Liaisoning Officer - Marine Bridge Projects

Ashoka Buildcon is seeking an experienced Liaisoning Officer to manage critical coordination with Government and Port Authorities for our marine bridge project. This role is perfect for a professional who excels in navigating regulatory landscapes and securing vital statutory approvals for large-scale infrastructure.

• Liaising actively with Government, Port Authorities, and regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and clearances. Ensuring full compliance with statutory and environmental regulations, including CRZ and PCB norms. Consistent follow-up on licenses, permits, and documentation to avoid project delays. Coordinating inspections, official site visits, and high-level meetings with stakeholders. Maintaining meticulous records of all official correspondence and approval documents. Providing strategic support to the project team regarding all regulatory and maritime matters.

• Graduate degree in Administration, Law, or a related field (preferred). 6 to 8 years of solid experience in liaisoning for infrastructure, marine, or port projects. Strong working knowledge of government processes and official approval systems in India. Proven experience interacting with Port Authorities or Maritime Boards is highly preferred. Excellent coordination and communication skills to manage external stakeholders.
