Line Production Supervisor - Beverage Industry

GCA is looking for a dedicated Line Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our beverage manufacturing facility. • Supervise and coordinate all daily activities on the production line to ensure smooth operations. Drive the team to meet production targets and strict deadlines consistently. Monitor product quality at every stage and ensure full compliance with company standards. Train, mentor, and guide production staff to improve workplace productivity. Enforce stringent workplace safety, hygiene, and alcohol production regulatory standards. Monitor equipment performance and promptly report any maintenance requirements. Maintain accurate daily production records and detailed operational reports. Resolve any technical or production issues quickly to minimize downtime. Coordinate effectively with quality control and warehouse teams for seamless workflow.

• Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing or Engineering preferred. Must have 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production supervision. Mandatory experience in the Beverage or Alcohol industry is required. Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer proficiency, especially in MS Excel and production software. Willingness to work in shifts within a manufacturing plant environment.
