Line QC Engineer - Garment Manufacturing

• Monitor and ensure the high quality of garments produced in the allotted production line.
• Actively work to reduce rejection rates and minimize rework levels from the current status.
• Perform detailed machine checks including oil leakage, thread matching, SPI, and needle holes.
• Conduct Inline Measurement Inspections for all Point of Measure (POM) and manage final inspections.
• Prepare essential quality reports such as TLS, Measurement reports, and First Garment reports.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in garments or a Fresher with a completed Textile-based course.
• Bachelors degree is mandatory for this position.
• Strong understanding of stitching defects like skip stitch, pleats, feed cuts, and stitch breaking.
• Ability to commute to the Coimbatore facility or relocate before joining.
