• Drive sales of livestock feed supplements across assigned rural territories. Develop and execute area sales strategies to hit volume and revenue targets. Appoint, manage, and provide full support to farmers, distributors, and dealers. Maintain strong professional ties with veterinarians and key rural customers. Perform extensive on-field sales activities and cover remote rural areas daily. Identify fresh business opportunities and expand our market reach effectively. Track sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and ensure targets are met. Gather market intelligence and keep a close eye on competitor insights.

• Must possess proven sales experience specifically in animal feed or feed supplements. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must. Self-driven individual with the capability to work independently in the field. Mandatory requirement to travel extensively across rural belts. Must be fluent in Marathi to effectively communicate with farmers and local vets. Should have existing business contacts with veterinarians, distributors, and dealers. Must own a motor bike for rural area coverage.
