Marketing & Sales Executive - Jewelry Retail

• Attend walk-in customers and help them select the perfect jewelry pieces based on their requirements.
• Achieve monthly sales targets consistently through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
• Handle billing coordination and ensure every customer receives a smooth and pleasant service experience.
• Maintain the showroom display and counter presentation to keep it looking attractive and professional.
• Manage Instagram and WhatsApp Business accounts to respond to inquiries and engage with online followers.
• Plan and execute special festive offers and marketing campaigns to attract more footfall.
• Generate new leads through networking and actively convert them into successful sales.
• Represent Jai Sai Jewelers at various exhibitions and events as a dedicated brand ambassador.

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or the Retail sector.
• Good communication skills and the ability to convince customers effectively.
• Must have a presentable personality suitable for a luxury jewelry environment.
• Target-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve monthly goals.
• Basic knowledge of handling social media platforms is preferred.
• Minimum qualification of Graduation is preferred for this position.
