MIS Executive - Advanced Excel Specialist

Adroit Group is urgently looking for a skilled MIS Executive to join our Noida team. If you are an expert in Advanced Excel and possess sharp communication skills, this is your chance to manage critical data operations for a growing firm.

• Maintain and update complex MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Utilize Advanced Excel formulas and functions to manage large datasets accurately.
• Coordinate with various departments to collect and streamline operational data.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure high levels of reporting integrity.
• Present data-driven insights to the management team for informed decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end documentation and filing as per company standards.

• Minimum 1 to 4 years of professional experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar data role.
• Must be well-versed in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
• Good communication skills to interact effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Preference for local candidates based in or near Noida.
• Candidates with a short notice period or immediate joiners are highly preferred.
