Mushroom Farm Worker & Packing Staff

Join Mycelis Farms, a growing agricultural unit specializing in high-quality paddy straw mushroom cultivation. We are looking for hardworking individuals to assist in our daily farm operations and harvesting processes.

• Prepare paddy straw including soaking, draining, and stacking for cultivation.
• Execute bed preparation, spawning, and monitoring of growth cycles.
• Maintain optimal temperature, humidity, and hygiene standards in growing rooms.
• Carefully harvest, sort, and pack mushrooms for dispatch.
• Clean and maintain farm equipment and facilities daily.

• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-site training provided.
• Physically fit and capable of working in warm and humid farm conditions.
• Strong work ethic, discipline, and ability to follow technical instructions.
• Ability to work 8–10 hours per day in a team environment.

• Performance-based salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
• Hands-on training in modern mushroom cultivation techniques.
• Stable full-time employment in a growing agricultural unit.

• Location: Barang, Odisha.
