Exciting opportunity for an NLP Analyst to design intelligent conversational flows and optimize chatbot intents. Join a forward-thinking team to build cutting-edge AI experiences using advanced machine learning techniques.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and build content for chatbots, defining efficient processes for keyword-based follow-up questions.
Analyze chat histories to optimize intents and maximize user conversion rates.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate NLP and Machine Learning into seamless user experiences.
Conduct content experiments and refine conversational flows based on performance metrics and user feedback.
Train AI models to understand diverse linguistic variations and complex sentence structures.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Engineering or Master’s in Computer Applications (MCA).
2+ years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, AI, or Computational Linguistics.
In-depth expertise in Google Dialogflow; knowledge of Rasa, IBM Watson, or Amazon Lex is a plus.
Proficiency in Java, C/C++, or Python/JavaScript.
Strong background in Syntax, Semantic processing, and English linguistics.
