Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and active candidate to handle our daily office operations with full josh. You will be responsible for managing documents, helping the recruitment team, and ensuring the office runs smoothly like makkhan.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle all day-to-day administrative tasks and office paperwork. Maintain files, records, and important documentation properly. Assist in managing calendars and scheduling meetings without any delay. Take care of professional phone calls and email inquiries with a polite nature. Provide full support to the recruitment team for data entry and candidate coordination. Ensure overall smooth office operations and give proper support to the management.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate from any recognized board. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Punjabi are required. Must have basic computer knowledge including MS Office, Email, and Internet. Strong ability to do multitasking and stay organized throughout the day.
