Operations Manager (Production & Service)

We are looking for a seasoned leader to bridge the gap between our Merchandising and Production departments at Kaleen Lifestyle. If you have the grit to drive ground-level discipline and the strategic mind to implement SOPs effectively, we want you to lead our factory operations.

• Act as the vital link between Merchandising and Production teams to streamline workflows and resolve bottlenecks.
• Enforce strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure process compliance across all shifts.
• Supervise daily production cycles and monitor overall service efficiency to meet tight deadlines.
• Lead and mentor the ground staff while reducing operational dependency on senior management.
• Maintain workplace discipline and submit comprehensive daily reports on production targets and performance.
• Foster a professional work culture focused on accountability and continuous operational improvement.

• Candidate must have 5 to 10 years of solid experience in Factory Operations or Production Management.
• Proven track record in leadership with the ability to handle a large workforce and resolve conflicts.
• Strong communication skills to manage interactions between strategic management and ground operations.
• Deep understanding of process implementation and the ability to work under high pressure.
• Willingness to work on-site at our Vindhyachal (Mirzapur) facility.
