Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver learning objectives for Classes 11th and 12th as per CBSE curriculum.
Implement diverse teaching methodologies and provide individual guidance for board and competitive exams.
Supervise research projects, subject assignments, and practical activities.
Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive performance feedback.
Maintain consistent communication with parents regarding academic achievements and challenges.
Participate in school workshops, staff meetings, and professional development sessions.
Requirements:
Master's degree (M.A.) in English is mandatory.
B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) qualification required.
Minimum 3 years of experience teaching senior secondary classes in CBSE Schools.
Strong expertise in the subject with the ability to simplify complex literary and linguistic concepts.
Familiarity with CBSE board exam patterns and latest curriculum guidelines.
Proficiency in integrating technology into the teaching-learning process.
