Political Survey Field Researcher & Analyst

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our prestigious Agra South Assembly Research Project for a high-impact political survey. You will be responsible for gathering ground-level insights from voters and analyzing local political trends to shape the future of the constituency. • Conducting door-to-door voter interviews and accurately filling out survey forms.
• Understanding local grievances, voter sentiments, and political climate of the area.
• Achieving a daily target of approximately 2530 interviews with high integrity.
• Managing and guiding the surveyor team to ensure data quality and progress (for Supervisors).
• Systematically entering survey data into Excel or Google Sheets with high precision.
• Analyzing collected data to prepare detailed reports on voter trends and key issues.

• Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduation is mandatory.
• Fluency in both Hindi and English languages for effective communication.
• Strong political awareness and understanding of the local socio-political landscape.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to interact comfortably with the general public.
• Basic knowledge of mobile applications and computer operations for data recording.
• Prior experience in social or political surveys will be highly preferred.
