Join SRI ABI POULTRY as a Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations and manage on-site manpower. We are looking for dedicated individuals to ensure smooth production and provide regular progress reports to management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the poultry farm manpower.
Ensure efficient handling of birds and maintenance of farm hygiene.
Prepare and submit detailed daily reports to the Farm Manager.
Monitor bird health and feed management on the shop floor.
Maintain discipline and productivity among the workers.
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills to handle ground-level manpower.
Basic reporting and documentation abilities.
Ability to work in a farm environment (in-person).
Dedication to livestock welfare and operational safety.
