Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Pre-sales Executive to drive lead generation for premium real estate projects. We are looking for confident communicators who can build rapport with potential clients and turn inquiries into quality site visits.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our real estate projects. Effectively explain project features and company offerings in a professional manner. Manage consistent follow-ups with interested customers to ensure high conversion rates. Maintain accurate and systematic records of all calls and customer interactions. Work closely with the sales team to streamline the lead management process.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in telecalling or telemarketing (Real Estate sector preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Malayalam. Basic computer literacy with experience in handling CRM or Excel. A positive, target-oriented attitude with the ability to handle client queries effectively.
