Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Site Engineer specializing in the maintenance and troubleshooting of DMP/LMP printers. This is a brilliant opportunity for technical professionals with a two-wheeler to handle critical IT infrastructure across major Indian hubs.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Execute on-site troubleshooting and preventive maintenance for DMP and LMP printers. Manage network configurations and provide essential IT-related support at client locations. Adhere to service schedules to ensure minimum downtime for printing hardware. Maintain accurate logs of service calls and parts replaced during maintenance. Coordinate with the central team for complex hardware issues and spare parts procurement.
Requirements:
Qualification must be ITI or Diploma in ECE, CS, or EEE. Mandatory possession of a two-wheeler for commuting to various sites. Candidate must be less than 30 years of age. Proven experience of 2 to 5 years specifically in printer hardware and networking.
