Job Summary:
We are looking for dedicated Printer Engineers to join our field service team. If you have hands-on experience in troubleshooting DMP/LMP printers and are ready to provide top-notch technical support at various client sites, this is an excellent career opportunity for you.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform on-site troubleshooting and repair of DMP and LMP printers. Conduct regular preventive maintenance to ensure minimal downtime for client equipment. Handle printer networking, configurations, and basic IT-related support tasks. Manage service calls across various locations and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate reports of daily service activities and spare parts usage.
Requirements:
Qualification of ITI or Diploma in ECE, CS, or EEE. Proven 2 to 5 years of experience specifically in printer maintenance and networking. Must possess a personal two-wheeler for commuting to different sites. Age must be below 30 years. Willingness to work as a Site Engineer and travel to client locations.
