Printing Machine & Fabrication Operator

Join Sign Trade in Chennai as a Machine Operator. We are looking for a versatile professional to handle printing equipment and metal assembly processes in a dynamic production environment.

• Set up, calibrate, and operate printing machinery (Offset, Digital, Flexo) for high-quality production.
• Fit and assemble metal components using hand and power tools as per design specs.
• Perform welding techniques (MIG, TIG, or Stick) to join metal parts for signage and promotional materials.
• Maintain welding equipment, adjusting voltage and gas flow for optimal conditions.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning and grinding to ensure proper adhesion and welding quality.

• Proven experience in operating printing presses and understanding color management.
• Technical proficiency in welding (MIG/TIG) and metal fabrication.
• Ability to read design specifications and ensure accurate alignment of components.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude for machine maintenance.
• Knowledge of safety protocols for handling chemicals and high-voltage equipment.
