Product Manager - WAP & VAS Solutions

Take charge of innovative product development in the IVR and SMS domains for both domestic and international markets. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead content acquisition, data mining, and end-to-end product lifecycle management in the fast-paced Telecom-VAS industry.

• Conceive and develop new mobile products in IVR and SMS domains for global and domestic clients. Manage all promotional and engagement verbiage to support the sales team effectively. Oversee the delivery of SMS services and conduct technical testing of products, flow, and OBD recordings. Create comprehensive concept notes, product notes, and professional presentations for all mobile offerings. Conduct market and competitor analysis to implement key learnings into the product roadmap. Perform data mining and MIS reporting to analyze product performance and ensure profitability.

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree (MBA preferred) from a recognized university. 3 to 5 years of experience in Product Management, ideally within Telecom-VAS or E-commerce. Strong subject matter expertise with a creative mind and a drive for continuous innovation. Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and resolve conflicts through effective task prioritization. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate across diverse teams.
