Production Assistant & Data Entry Operator

We are looking for a dedicated individual to support our daily production planning and maintain accurate digital records. This is a brilliant opportunity to work in a structured manufacturing environment and manage vital MIS reports and ERP entries.

• Assist the Production Manager and Supervisors in daily planning and execution of floor activities.
• Maintain detailed production records including output, rejection, and shift-wise reports.
• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate closely with the stores department.
• Handle accurate data entry of production figures into ERP systems and Excel sheets.
• Prepare daily production status and MIS reports for management review.
• Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward materials and follow up on pending tasks.
• Track manpower allocation and maintain attendance records as required.

• Candidates must hold at least a Degree or Diploma in any field.
• 1 to 2 years of previous experience in production support or data entry roles.
• Good hands-on knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Basic understanding of production processes and high attention to detail for error-free entry.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Stores, QA, and Dispatch departments.
