Production Supervisor - Enzyme & Chemical

We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee the manufacturing of enzyme formulations and chemical products at our Chennai facility. This is a brilliant opportunity to manage shift operations, ensure top-notch quality compliance, and coordinate maintenance for seamless production.

• Supervise the production of enzyme formulations and chemical products as per department head instructions. Prepare shift and work schedules for workmen to ensure efficient and timely production. Coordinate with stores executives to plan and maintain adequate plant stock of raw materials. Draw required materials from stores through official issuing requisition slips. Handle minor maintenance tasks and coordinate with the team for preventive and breakdown maintenance. Collaborate with the QC laboratory for regular quality checks and adherence to standards. Maintain operating parameters in batch manufacturing records (BMR) and other official formats. Update daily and monthly stock records of various products and in-process materials. Monitor the dispatch process of products from the respective departments.

• Bachelor s or Master s Degree in any science stream. Strong technical knowledge of production processes. Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Good communication skills for inter-departmental coordination.
