Production Supervisor - Ferro Alloys Division

Exciting opening for a dynamic Production Supervisor to join our reputed manufacturing unit in Butibori. You will be responsible for streamlining shop floor operations and leading our hardworking team to meet daily targets with full safety. • To coordinate production plan as per the management instructions. Ensure execution of production as per the plan without any delay. Daily job allocation and manpower distribution to maintain workflow. To supervise and control resources effectively for maximum output. To follow standard operating procedure (SOP) strictly at all times. To follow safety procedure and processes to ensure zero accidents. Responsible for training of operators and workers on the shop floor. To ensure proper accounting and documentation of production data. To maintain high performance working culture and discipline. To monitor housekeeping of shop floor for a clean environment.

• Min. 3 to 5 years of solid work experience in Ferro Alloys or Steel Industries. Strong leadership skills to manage the ground-level workforce. Excellent coordination and time management abilities. Must be collaborative and a good team player. Graduate or Diploma in relevant field is preferred.
