Production Supervisor - Ferro Alloys Plant

We are looking for a highly professional Production Supervisor to lead our shop floor operations in Butibori. If you have solid experience in the steel or ferro alloys industry and can drive a high-performance working culture, we want you on our team.

• Coordinate and execute the daily production plan as per management targets. Manage job allocation and effective manpower distribution across the shop floor. Supervise and control all plant resources to ensure maximum efficiency. Strictly follow and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and safety protocols. Train operators and workers on technical processes and safety measures. Ensure accurate accounting and reporting of all production data. Monitor and maintain high standards of housekeeping on the shop floor. Drive a collaborative and disciplined work culture among the production team.

• Candidate must have minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience in Ferro Alloys or Steel Industries. Strong leadership and coordination skills to manage a large workforce. Excellent time management and collaborative mindset. Ability to handle shop floor pressure and meet production deadlines. Experience in monitoring safety and housekeeping in a heavy manufacturing environment.
