Whova is looking for a dedicated HR / Administrative Assistant to manage daily human resources functions and office operations. Join a fast-growing, award-winning software company and make a real impact on employee onboarding and business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist with daily HR tasks including new hire onboarding and training.
Manage employee benefits, time-off requests, and HR policy execution.
Handle office management tasks, vendor relations, and inventory.
Support business operations including invoicing, bookkeeping, and billing.
Organize company-wide events and ensure compliance with labor legislation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or higher is required.
1+ years of related experience in a mid-size company preferred.
Strong business acumen and professional interaction skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive work ethic and ability to take feedback.
