We are looking for a motivated Immigration Consultant to join our team in Kochi. You will be responsible for guiding clients through overseas migration programs, managing inquiries, and converting potential leads into successful applications.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Proactively contact and follow up with potential clients via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Provide detailed and accurate information regarding international migration opportunities and legal procedures.
Assist clients throughout the documentation process and in completing complex application forms.
Maintain and update comprehensive client records and follow-up logs regularly.
Collaborate with documentation and visa processing teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Strive to meet monthly counseling and lead conversion targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam communication.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM systems, and email management).
Positive attitude with a strong focus on sales and customer service.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
