Quality Checker (Nitra Certified) - Textile

Join our production unit as a specialized Quality Checker (Nitra Certified) to ensure the excellence of our premium textile products. You will be instrumental in inspecting fabrics and overseeing the weaving process to meet international standards for fashion and home décor.

• Monitor and operate automatic weaving machines or traditional hand looms to ensure flawless fabric production. Carefully select and prepare yarns or fibers while maintaining precise tension and alignment for checking. Execute routine maintenance and troubleshooting on weaving equipment to ensure zero downtime. Inspect all woven materials against design specifications and company quality protocols. Collaborate with the design and production teams to achieve daily manufacturing targets. Manage the proper storage of raw materials including various threads and specialized yarns. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment according to industrial safety norms.

• Mandatory experience in the Textile Industry (Quality Checker role). Must be Nitra Certified with a deep understanding of fabric processing. Strong knowledge of Jacquard weaving, handloom techniques, and different fiber types. Minimum qualification of 12th Pass or equivalent training in textile arts. Ability to interpret complex weaving patterns and design instructions accurately. Excellent manual dexterity and a keen eye for identifying fabric defects.
