Quality Supervisor - Furniture & Interiors

• Perform detailed factory-level inspections of furniture items before dispatch.
• Conduct thorough checks on finishes, edge banding, polishing, and laminate quality.
• Verify all structural dimensions and tolerances against approved technical drawings.
• Ensure complete scope verification by cross-checking items against BOQ and designs.
• Visit external vendor facilities to audit production progress and identify quality deviations.
• Implement root cause analysis for defects and manage rectification processes before shipping.
• Supervise packaging standards to eliminate transit damage and verify dispatch documentation.
• Monitor production timelines and coordinate with the operations team for on-time delivery.

• Minimum 5 to 10 years of solid experience in furniture or interior manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of modular furniture production processes and hardware fittings.
• Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical architectural drawings.
• Willingness to travel frequently to various vendor locations and factories across Bangalore.
• Strong attention to detail with a process-oriented mindset for quality control.
• Strictly not for freshers; must have extensive experience in vendor management.
