Exciting opportunity for both freshers and experienced operators to join a leading Masterbatch manufacturing unit. We are looking for dedicated individuals to manage R&D Fibre operations and Spin Boy (POY) processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Operate R&D Fibre equipment and maintain production efficiency.
Handle Spin Boy (POY) and BCF (Bulked Continuous Filament) machinery.
Monitor production quality and ensure adherence to masterbatch industry standards.
Follow rotational shift schedules as per production requirements.
Coordinate with the engineering team for process improvements.
Requirements:
Experience: 0-1 year for Fresher Operators; 3-4 years for POY/BCF Operators.
Industry: Must have experience or knowledge in Masterbatch industries.
Qualification: ITI, CIPET (Short term course), 10th or 12th pass.
Strong technical aptitude for manufacturing operations.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
