Regional Sales Manager - Veterinary Pharma

Sushima Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our North Zone veterinary operations. If you have a proven track record in ASM or RSM roles within the pharma industry, join our 25-year legacy of excellence.

• Supervise and support approximately 3 Area Sales Managers and their respective teams to achieve volume objectives.
• Ensure perfect field work execution and reporting by all team members according to company norms.
• Implement promotional strategies effectively and manage stockist operations and credit control.
• Maintain relationships with major customers and build consistent business growth across the territory.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market feedback to the head office.

• Minimum 4-5 years of experience as an ASM or 2 years as an RSM in a veterinary pharmaceutical company.
• Any Graduate degree with a strong understanding of the North Zone market.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills in challenging environments.
• Proven ability in multi-tasking, time management, and mentoring team members.
