Job Summary:
Join the dynamic team at Java Rain Resorts and become the primary point of contact for our valued guests. If you have a passion for luxury hospitality and excellent communication skills, this is your chance to manage premium bookings and enquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Effectively manage room reservations and all booking procedures. Handle guest enquiries and requests promptly to ensure a superior customer experience. Accurately process payments and issue booking confirmations. Coordinate closely with the Resort Operations Team to ensure seamless guest arrivals. Manage cancellations, modifications, and maintain updated reservation records.
Requirements:
Freshers with a hospitality background or experienced customer service professionals are welcome. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with premium clients. Ability to handle booking software and process financial transactions accurately. A proactive approach to solving guest issues and managing requests.
