Job Summary:
Join the iconic Cream Centre team at Forum South Mall to deliver exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for presentable individuals with a passion for hospitality to warmly welcome guests and support our daily restaurant operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival to create a positive first impression.
Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow effectively.
Assist in overall restaurant operations, including service and maintaining high hygiene standards.
Support both kitchen and Front of House (FOH) teams to ensure seamless guest service.
Handle guest queries and concerns with professionalism, charm, and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional, presentable appearance.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work in shifts as per restaurant requirements.
Prior experience in hospitality is a plus, but motivated Freshers are encouraged to apply.
